I am awed daily with the amount of love, support, encouragement, and excitement that surrounds me. Anyone should be so lucky to be loved so greatly, and I have found myself near tears daily over this realization.
Not only have my friends and family continued to express their excitement my new life and the wonderful opportunities it will bring, but they have also extended offers of ride shares, and open homes, to ease my commute if I should ever need to do so.
I'm recording this not only out of gratitude, but as a reminder that I am more loved than I think, and also that kindness and shared joys are truly noticed and appreciated. Words matter, and even the most simple words make a difference.
